How do you print double-sided from word? I know I've done it before but just
can't remember and can't figure it out!

Hi Tuppy,
I believe it is a function of your printer driver and not
a function of WORD. I have an Epson printer and to print
double-sided I have to do the following steps:
1. File | Print
2. When the print dialog is displayed, then
Properties | Page Layout
I then check the Double-Sided option in the resulting
dialog box. I can also select the "margins" (top or
left).
My printer first prints the odd pages. I then get an
"instruction" box telling me how to flip the pages
already printed (left to right). I then have to re-insert
the "flipped" paper (top down) and resume printing. It
is real easy if you have access to a printer that
has "duplex" print capability, just pick duplex printing
(or something similar). Depending on your printer this
may vary.
If you do not have any "double-sided" options then I
guess you could select all the odd pages to print and then
"flip" the printed pages, re-insert the paper and select
the even numbered pages. For a long document this would
be prohibitive. I am sure someone else on the newsgroup
would have a different, and maybe simpler, method.
