double operating systems

When I loaded XP home edition some of the files did not
load. I reloaded and now when I turn my computer on it
shows that I have two operating systems and asks me which
one I choose. How can I uninstall 1 of the operating
systems?

How can I get MSN off my internet explorer and use what I
want?
