double key strokes

this is my problem:

when i push (t) this is what pops up ........ t5

when i push (5) ......................... t5

when i push (y)............................ y6

when i push (6)............................y6

when i push underscore.................[-

i think u get the picture. it done this one time before and then it quit. it
is like they are stuck but aint.

can someone tell me why6 this is happing and who i can fix it5

The first troubleshooting step is to try a different keyboard. If that
doesn't solve the issue, report back.

thanks for the help. bad thing is, i have a laptop and not a desktop. so
what should i do???????

Plug in an external USB keyboard, and if the problem is resolved, get your
laptop serviced. It's fairly easy for service people to replace laptop
keyboards.
