Can excel Do double entry acounting and if so how do i
set it up?

While it can be done in Excel, it's a REALLY BAD IDEA to do so. There's a
lot that accounting packages do automatically that you'd need to program for
yourself in Excel. Double entry is one of those things. To the extent that
Excel will let you make the same entry in different cells on different
worksheets, Excel provides the basic machinery for double entry accounting.
