In the Library View I have all the entries in the L Pane doubled up.
All Music x 2
All TV x 2
All Video x 2
My Playlists x 2
I cannot delete 1 copy of each. Does anyone know where this info is stored?

The fix should be just to switch tabs, then back to the library tab.

Fixed. Spontaneously. I rebooted x 2 .

WMP10? I've obviously missed an announcment!

In WMP9 when I used Check for player updates just now, I got
"You have the latest version of Windows Media Player 9 Series and all
its components. No update is available at this time."

OK, fair enough, that's not inconsistent with the existence of WMP10.
But I'd sort of assumed I'd get some automatic notification it it was
now obsolete. Even nagged to update, as I'm pretty sure I was when I
used WMP8...

How long has it been out, and is it easily installed and robust
please?

It's not on the update server yet, goto the Windows Media Homepage (Or I
think someone said its on Windows Update)

It's currently only been released for the US, France, and Korea. Rollout to
other places, such as, say, the UK, will be in October. =)

Paul, I have the same problem. what do you mean by 'rebooted x 2?

Rebooted twice, I would guess. It took 2 or 3 reboots for some of the
colour issues in the WMP10 background to sort themselves out for me.
