DOUBLE E-MAILS

In Outlook 2000. I have a user that is receiving duplicate
e-mails. Internet mail only. One account. Win2000 O/S


WHY?

Got a firewall configured? Try disabling it (for the sake of troubleshooting
not permanently) and see if it works. If so; reconfigure your firewall as
it's probably holding down the conformation packets the server needs so it
won't offer the mail again.
