Dotted Header Box

When double clicking on my header box in Word 02, a dotted lined box appears.
I am have trouble with this box extending off my page to the right. This is
causing printing problems in the text below the header. Is there any way to
bring this dotted box back on the sheet to hopefully fix my printing
problems? Thanks!

File>Page Setup>Margins. The right margin is set at 0.
