Hi,

We have an Access database that is used by many users. The reporting
function works fine for all but one user. When she attempts to run a
pre-designed report, the headings appear as a single dot in each label.

I have tried re-installing Office 2003 and deleting her user profile.
Because this is the same report, in the same database, on a shared drive, and
she is the only person with an issue, I figure it must be something on her
machine.

Any assistance/ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Todd

Have her print to a different printer. If the problem persists,
check the Font. If the problem goes away, delete and re-install
the printer.

Thanks David but the issue occurs before printing. Once the report is
produced and it's in the print preview stage. The problem is still there once
the document has been printed though aswell.

The same printer driver is used to do preview as to
do print. For preview, the printer driver prints to a
'screen canvas', then the printer driver prints to a
"printer canvas' to get hard copy.

O, I forgot, first try changing the 'fast laser printing'
property of the report.

Thankyou for your help David. I changed her default printer and re-installed
the old printer drivers and this has resolved the issue. Much appreciated.
