dotNet 3.5 application does not run on Vista Home

I have an application developed in C++/CLI using dot NET 3.5
I tested on windows XP, Windows Vista Basic and Vista Home premium
It does not run on vista Home Premium.
The application installed successfully, dot Net 3.5 also installed, but when
I run the application, it says application failed to start.
Are there any knows bugs woth 3.5 and Vista Premium.

I have installed the dependency still it does not work.
Later, I also installed visual Studio 2008 on the system, yet the
application fail to execute.
The application runs without any error or exception on other machines but
just this one.?
Any probable issues? Anything I need to check for?
