Hi all,
I have a problem with a dot matrix printer Bull Compuprint 4/66 that
it is the following one: when a computer´s document is sent to the
printer, this makes a slight movement as if it was to pull out to start
the printing job but then it turns off "online" led and just nothing
happens, nor error presents... The same it happens when I try to print
the test page of the proper printer, where it appears in the viewfinder
"test" and nothing more happens. Somebody has an ideia of that it could
be this situation?
Thanks in advance.

FWIW - using canned air or some other similar device, clean/blow out
any/all the dust and debris around the paper feed guides. Sometimes
there are sensors in there to track paper movement and if they get
blocked or clogged they will give false positives. Do a thorough
cleaning job then try it again.

Let us know.

Bob
