dot com tool bar

How do I get rid of the "dot com tool bar"........it
drives me mad......and always takes me to the "Big
Explorer" I don't want it but can't seem to uninstall
it.

This, I believe, has nothing to do with Internet Explorer. Either you
added it and forgot, or it added by a nefarious web site. Check for
spy-bot (ad-aware is good) and/or computer virus.
