DOS not recognizing TRACERT command

I'm trying to troubleshoot a network speed problem, and
keep getting an error message: 'tracert' is not
recognized as an internal, external, operable program or
batch file.

Any suggestions as to why tracert and pingpath won't work?

Hi Del,
Have you run a file find for them? tracert works ok for me (are you sure you
spelt it right in the command prompt), but pingpath doesn't exist.
 
Check your Path statement. Sometimes just putting %
System Root%\system32 does not work.. Try putting in the
hard coded path of C:\winnt\system32 or whaterver.
