Notice the warning though:

Please note that there is a problem with running a DOS antivirus
scanner on Windows NT 4.0 / 2000 / 2003 / XP systems. It is not
guaranteed that all files will be scanned. The reason for this
has mainly to do with long filenames and non-ASCII characters in
file names. DOS only "understands" 8 character long filenames.
Therefore use F-Prot Antivirus for Windows to scan Windows NT 4.0
/ 2000 / 2003 / XP systems.
While I am on the sunbect, does anyone know of any NTFS AV progs.
Any *Windows* AV client will, as the AV client does not provide
support for the file system - the OS does, so as long as your OS
supports the NTFS file system - and the AV client runs under your OS -
the AV-client will check NTFS volumes just as it checks FAT volumes.
If your asking for a scanner that can be invoked from the commandline
(CMD window/dos box) several of *Windows* scanners offers this as an
option in addition to their GUI interface, including some of the free
ones....like fx - AntiVir Personal Edition
<

alternatives offer command line options - see the various free
av-clients individual homepage for info, follow links from first link
