Dos Application

I just uppgraded from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. I have a
dow application that works but the bottom half of the
scree in blank. The top half contains all the data

This doesn't seem to have much to do with the focus of this newsgroup. I
would suggest submitting your post to a relevent newsgroup after refining it
to indicate if "dow" means "dos" or "windows", and to indicate what it is
that you want. As I read it, I cannot tell if you want this situation fixed,
or if you just want an explanation.
