Dooms Day IP

Greetings everyone,

I just setup a small domain network with Windows 2000 Server and Windows XP
Pro workstations. All was fine during setup until the hard disk got fried and
I had to get a new hard disk for the server. Since this was a new setup, no
data was neccessary. After installing the new hard disk on the server, I got
this real weird situation:
1. I cannot ping any computer on the network from the server-All are in the
same "C" class.
2. No workstation can ping any other workstation or the server
3. I cannot join the domain again

All setup is fine and I tested the hub and wires are all fine. This seems
like a dooms day, since IP troubleshooting use to be easy for me. What
happened?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks

If your workstations were able to ping each other before and
cannot do so now then there is something wrong with the only
thing you claim you have changed: Your server. Disconnect
it physically from the network and see what happens.
