In order to used Windows Task Scheduler I had to create a passward for my
longon account.

Is there a way to have a password but not have to enter it everytime Vista
starts up?

Thanks,

Click the "Start Orb", type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes.

On the "Users" tab, uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to
use this computer." You'll be prompted for the user to log in as at
startup, and you'll have to input the password, but once you press "OK" the
next time you start the computer you'll automatically log on as that user.
