Don't want Internet!

I have XP installed on a 2nd hard drive, which I wan't to use
exclusively for "in house" programming functions. I do not want ANY
internet connection capabilities, (in or out). What's the best way to
disable internet connection features? TIA.

Unplug the cable going to the Internet.
