DONT WANT ANYONE TO DELETE/TAMPER WITH MY OUTLOOK MESSAGE

When I place a message in my outlook I dont want anyone to remove this but at
work we have to be able to access others diaries? can I make certain entries
say "locked" but still be seen?

You cannot protect single items in Outlook.

Mail messages can't be stored in calendars, so simply don't share your mail
folders. Share only your calendar. If you don't want people to see some of
your calendar entries, mark them private or create an unshared calendar folder
and keep them in that folder.
