IT DOESN'T WORK - try if you like but don't be disappointed if the so called
Micromouse experts advice fails - like everythng else they have supplied info
wise to resolve this issue.

MICROSOFT - WAKE UP - IT IS A FAULT WITH YOUR UPDATE - SORT IT OUT.

Exactly what was your problem?
Suggesting others not try a fix is of little help without knowing
exactly what your problem is.
Also if you give details of your problem, someone may be able to help.

If it is a Windows Update issue, you should post to the Windows Update
newsgroup.

I think your very good! I tried to contact microsoft all i get is a shopping
card that gives you the oppertunity to spend 60 euro for help or just get
lost and try it on your own.

I think there is a big lack of service. Someone who spend hundreds of
dollars on an OS should get at least all the service they need for a minimum
of 5 years without paying anything.

That would be a nice idea but few if any software manufacturers give
that kind of support, at least when hundreds and not thousands is
spent by the customer.
