Don't receive mail

I'm using Windows Messenger 4.7 on XP Pro.
I can chat with other users, & send mail to my normal ISP email address, but
cannot receive any mail.
If I send myself mail from my ISP address to my hotmail address, it doesn't
bounce, so must be going somewhere.

I've checked NGs, FAQs, but still have no idea where to start.

Have a look at your Hotmail junk filter settings. If you've got things set
to "exclusive" and haven't entered ISP email address as a contact, your
messages would be filtered.
 
Thanks, Ian, fine now.
It was set to Exclusive instead of the default - how, I don't know as I
never changed it.
