Don't know what is going on.....

Hi!

I have WIN XP... and when i connect to internet (modem) and start Outlook
Express and press Send/Receive button...... few seconds after i receive msg.
"winlogon.exe - application error" ... and if I click on OK button my
computer restarts instantly.

What is going on, and how do I stop it?

ps. if is don't click on OK button, system works until I do. Even if I chose
Shotdown.... i have to click on OK button because system is waiting for me
to do so. :)

HELP PLEASE!

Just to clarify- is it definitely "winlogon.exe" and not "winlogin.exe"
?

it is winlogON.exe definitely....
