Dont have windows xp buttons

Under my desktop properties beneath "Apperance", Under the
label "windows and buttons" I used to have a option titled
Windows xp. That was the standard blue kindergarden style
buttons. Now all i have is the classic style. where can I
go to download that button theme? I have scoured
microsofts website, but to no success. If someone could
help me, i would greatly apperciate it.
 
Have you been using a third-party "skinning" program (like StyleXP) to change
the look of Windows?
