Don't have permission to create new business contact in BC folder

When I'm trying to create a new Business Contact in Outlook Business Contact
manager, I get the error message "You don't have permission to create an
entry in this folder. Right click the folder and then click Properties to
check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your
administrator to change your permissions."
When I right click and go to properties, there's no info on permissions.
 
I'm having the same issue, did you ever figure a solution?

Are you sure your 60 day evaluation period hasn't expired? That would
explain this behavior.
