This produ7ct is sales prevention in the extreme
you will spend more time managing data rather than productive selling time
avoid until MS get a real product thjat meets needs

Dont even see them issuing updates -- would expect to see free additional
functiuonaliyt being released weekly --it isnt

Better avoid that Business Contact Petard and stick with BCM then.
