Don't buy from monsterinkjets.com

Their product is counterfiet. The customer service is terrible. They
charged my account, I got no product for over a month.. I emailed them
several times, they never responded. Finally I contacted the BBB.
All of a sudden this very rude guy contacted me and said they were
having email problems (For a whole month.. yea.. right) and that they
would refund my money.

They may be cheap.. but you get what you pay for.. and in my case, you
get NOTHING at all.

Besides these clowns who should I go to? I was thinking

How can you make such a statement, when you never received anything...?
