I've been an ATI customer for about 3 days now and I am packing it in. My
X700 Pro is going back to the store and I'll get something else. I tried to
call every number published in the manual to no avail. I came across the
corporate number for the MA office and ended up in message hell. The first
number listed in the manual gets some poor guy that starts out saying "This
is not ATI", but they continue to give out that number as a customer service
number on their messages. I tried this number 3 times to make sure I was
dialing correctly.
What gives with these video card companies??? I had problems with PNY also,
and come to find out they have a history of poor service and unanswered BBB
inquiries.
Hell, I've had more luck with Jaton and other 'off Broadway' companies.
They may not be the best cards around, but they've worked each and everytime
I've used them and generally get the job done.
