I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP on my comp
and everything seems ok. My problem is I cannot perform
any kind of updates from the microsoft website. My
computer always quits while updating. I am running
NAV2003 and ZoneAlarm Pro. Please help.
 
I'd recommend you attempt Windows Update with ZA and NAV disabled. If
Windows updates correctly, then you'll need to configure ZA to accept
windowsupdate.microsoft.com as a trusted zone. You should disable NAV
AutoProtect whenever you install software.
