done but with errors on page

When I connect to the internet almost all pages come up
with "done but with errors on page". I have installed all
available updates from microsoft for my computer. Can
someone please help me.
 
Do you have AdSubtract or any other popup stopper active.
They could be causing this error message.

See if this can help.

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"
