Donation Page

Still new with web knowledge, I just started using FP 2003 to maintain our
company website. How would one develop a donation page? What software is
easiest? Access, Front Page? Not looking for anything fancy these 2 would be
great examples:

What about security? How are CC #’s secured? Would I have to involve a third
party for this? Those who have experience with this task please respond.

If you had read the words on the first page, the user was instructed to
print the page and mail a check.

If your company want's to collect donations for a qualified Charity, PayPal
has a set up for you. I use it on this page:
http://www.anthemwebs.com/communitynews.htm Their fee is 3%.
This only works when a for-profit is collecting for the Charity
(specifically one that is exempted by the IRS under Section 501 (c) (3) of
the Revenue Code.)
