Does anyone know how to delete a logon domain??? Can you
please give me specific steps. Thank you.

What kind of a domain are you talking about? A domain Primary domain
controller? Why would you want to delete a domain?
Or are you saying that you want to take a machine out of a domain that it
belongs to?

I don't think the OP knows - see the thread "HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP"
above! It's the same poster.

Please provide details on exactly what it is you are trying to do. Do you
have a network setup and you want a new domain controller? Do you want to
take your PC off of a domain/add it to another domain?

I don't think the OP has a CLUE about what he's talking about - he can't
even see replies to the other two new posts he's made today on the same
subject.

i want to take my pc off a domain, because i have 2, and
one is my default, which is the one that i do not need.

'Default' means the one that you are using now, and the other one is in
'standby/back up/non use' etc. Does that help ?

Generally you remove your PC from a domain by going to the domain
controller and removing the computer from the domain there. I suspect that
you are on a domain that has a trust relationship with another domain. In
that situation both domains will show up. XP by default will leave
selected the last domain that you logged on to.

On your PC it can only be configured for one domain, other domains that
show up in your list are trusted domains. If you want to remove your PC
from one domain and add it to another you will need an ID and password that
has authority on the domain to perform that operation.
