From the looks of your question, this would be require a very elaborate
response, from AD design scenarios, to how to design and setup a working DNS
infrastructure and all it's nuances. There are many many steps and
pre-planning involved.
If I were you, I would definitely look into purchasing a book on the subject
just as Jeff suggested, or even, wIth all due respect, sign up for a course
in Active Directory. The Microsoft MOC #2154 Implementing and Supporting
Active Directory would be an excellent course (5 days in length). That
course will answer all your questions and show you step by step.
These articles may give you a start, but I would really look into a book or
a course on it.
