Domain-wide registry update

I need to update the registry of 350 workstations in a domain. It's a
simple .reg merge. I prefer not to do it via GPO.

Users do not have administrator rights. Is there a command that let's me
remotely apply registry updates?

Any suggestions.

PSEXEC and a batch script?
Just a batch script?
 
Figured it out using regini and a script.
Scripts are tricky. Regini has poor debug.
