Domain Wide Registry Change

Hi,

I have a problem which is really bugging me. I need to
implement a domain wide registry change. The change is a
very simple one - I just need to add 3 keys under HKLM.
As you know, domain users cannot make this change as they
are not local Admins so a logon script/batch file will not
work.

I have read that this change can be made using an Admin
Template (adm file). I have tried this and failed
miserably. I don't know much about Group Policy and
practically nothing about Admin Templates so I think it's
just through lack of understanding I am going wrong.
Would someone please be able to help? Or if someone has a
better idea please reply or e-mail me.
