a domain user using MS Outlook is asks for a user id and password every time
they try to go into their Outlook. I think it has something to do with them
not being authenicated from the domain, but I'm not sure. Can you respond
with the possibilities and some solutions.

Are you using Exchange? If they're not authenticated to the domain where the
Exchange server resides, they'll need to enter their credentials each time.
