Domain Replacement On A New Hardware

Dear All,
We are planing to replace our Domian controller with a
new hardware.but we want the server name and the domain
will be same with old one.The system uses DNS,DHCP,AD..
all them on this machine.How we can replace them with a
new hardware?If you know a step by step information or
Knowlage Base article.You will be help me much.
