Domain Renaming in w2k3

Hi All,
I have a windows 2003 domain called abc.com.
Can I use the netdom.exe tool to rename the domain to xyz.com?
Any articles on this? The few articles I have seen talks about renaming the
computers or DC's.
I need an article on renaming the domain dns name.
