I am trying to find the easiest way to "rename the Domain"
on Windows 2000 Domain. Our Domain name included
an "underscore" that we are trying to eliminate. On this
domain all DC are Windows 2000 Advanced Server including
two Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition.
How to accomplish this without upgrading to Windows 2003?

As I mentioned I have already installed two Exchange 2000
Enterprise Edition and the two are also DC.

Would the process described on "292541" article affects my
situation, considering that Exchange 2000 is integrate in
Active Directory and uses it for Global Address List?

Yes, since you are actually blowing away the Win 2k domain and going back to
a NT 4.0 domain.

That is why every article on Win 2k and AD suggest you plan very carefully.
In some cases (this one in particular) you have to totally blow away what
you have set up to recover from a bad decision.

Yes,I know but this is what I inherated.
One more question.
After I renamed the domain, how can I push the change to
all Windows 95 and 98 clients at once? We have about 500
clients.

Thank you for all your help
