Domain Rationalisation

I have 3 small domains running Win 2K Pro on Server 2003 DCs that I want to
merge into the top level domain on a new server, and then take the old DCs
offline. Is there a way of doing this without losing all the accounts and
settings?

1) You will loose only SID's(read this like user GUID) => all permissions
shall be configured manually
2) ANY program - IDEAL Migration/ADMT(M$ FREE)/Winternals.....
IF you want to keep SID's - you need to perform migration with this programs
from one WORKING domain to ANOTHER WORKING
in REAL TIME
