Domain problem.

I have two domain ABC.COM and PQR.COM. All systems are under ABC.COM.
I made PQR.COM as basckup and I made trust relationship. If ABC.COM is
crashed. Could I transer PQR.COM as ABC.COM? Because All systems are
under ABC.COM.
 
No, you can't do this at all.

You need to have more than one domain controller in ABC.com with redundant
DHCP, DNS, AD, WINS, GCs, maybe profiles. This way if one fails, no one
notices.

From your question, I would suggest you go buy a few Windows 2k/2k3 and
Active Directory books and really read them. This will let you plan for
disaster and keep your users happy.
