Hello all. I have a problem.

We have an 8150N setup on a Windows 2000 Network. My users are set up to print through the server to the printer. However, my 2000 and XP users cannot even change what tray they want to print to!!! The "Paper Source" drop down is grayed out. There are little blue exclamation points next to these items. When you click them, they says:

"This feature is not available because you do not have permission to save system settings on this computer"

The user in question is an administrator. Furthermore, why would a user not be able change paper trays?

What gives?

Thanks in advance.

I was able to resolve this. When the printer has "Quick Sets" or "NT Forms" defined, your ability to choose paper trays is denied
