I've got a small group of tenants that are not joined to our internal domain
but wish to use a network printer and I cannot install the network printers
on there machines as they are all presented with a login box when trying to
access the print server, which makes sense but I cant find anyway of
allowing them access to the print server with requiring a userid and
password.

Is there anyway to prevent the print server from requiring the login Without
attaching them to the domain?

Any help is great fully received.

Regards, Barry

If the tenants use the same machine you can create a logon script which does
"net use \\servername /u:user password". You would need to create a local
user on the server and use this user + password in the logon script. Thus,
the tenants won't even need to know the user/password combination.

You can do other stuff, like allow anonymous access on the queue, but this
is not recommended.
