Domain Password Policy not Applying

Password policy has been setup at the domain level, but
has not been enforced. The eventlog has SCECLI errors,
event id 1202 error 0xd
There are no event id 1000 errors as well as all the
knowledge base articles I can find so far relate to.


Please Help!
 
Make sure DNS is configured properly. The best thing to do is to go to the
client and type "ipconfig /all" and see if the DNS settings there match what
you think they should be. If they do, make sure the DCs are in DNS properly.
You can stop and restart the Netlogon service on a DC to make it update DNS.
