I have 2 Windows 2000 Advanced servers that need to be
clustered which will have SQL 2000 installed. But the
servers are in a DMZ. Therefore, I browsed around the MS
tech site and came across and article 'Using Domainlets to
Support the Windows 2000 Cluster Service.' I fail to see
what the difference is between a full domain and a
domainlet ? Has anyone got any opinions ? Shouold I create
a new domain or should I create a domainlet to set up my
SQL cluster ?

Domainlet is a full domain whose only purpose is to support cluster service
and nothing else, so it does not stop if your cluster servers can't find any
DC for their domain.

In your scenario you can consider domainlets, because otherwise you will
have to extend your domain into DMZ, which could be a security issue.
