What is your recomendations about a domain naming
convention for a new forest ??

The name isn´t registered to Internet, and it´s only to
local use.

I thought different names:

company.net

company.local

company.intra

What is the best choise ?

There is nothing wrong with company.com or company.net! I
use it everywhere I go. No issues. Just need to make
sure that if you want your internal users to be able to go
to http://www.company.com you need to add a Host Record
called www and enter the Public IP Address in your
internal DNS.
