You can still logon to the laptop with your domain logon with cached profile
information (for up to ten times without contacting a domain controller).

Actually the number of cached logins retained by the OS is
for a specific number of users, not a specific number of
logins. You can set this number to, for example, "2", and
still login using cached credentials 100 times.
The default setting of "10" means that the last 10 users
who logged in will have their credentials cached, not the
last 10 logins by the same user.
