Domain is not available

I am in an office with XP pro and 2K machines networked together with a 2K server. I just installed a new XP pro machine to replace the old one. My login will work properly on this and all other machines when I log onto the domain...when I try any of the other users I get the domain is not available. HELP? I have tried creating new users on the server and even copying mine with no luck.
 
Check that your ICF firewall is disabled. Possibly you are able to logon because your
credentials were cached at one time. Run netdiag on that machine looking for any
failed tests also. --- Steve
