DOMAIN HELP

PLEASE HELP

I have a domain in my list of available domains that my
pc can connect to, which i dont need. My question is how
to take my computer out of that domain that i dont need.
I am sure that i want to do this. I just need to know how.
 
I am the system administrator, please tell me how to
remove my pc from that domain that i don't need
