Domain Group policy

i find some workstations are not applied by the domain group policy in the
morning, sometimes applied after half hour or hours later.

is our network too busy or not well tunned up?

but i wonder why the workstations do not use back the old policy if unable
to be updated.

it is because the policy is the same all the time.

grateful if any hints? Thanks.

Activate:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon\
Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon
.... and wait til the Workstations get this settings.
