new domain as same name a.com.When i make new domain it
exists on my network neighbours and on my network. How can
we remove last domain controller name which we remove

I've seen this in the technet
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet) files, but I was just
looking for it and cannot find it. I remember it has
something to do with the administrator addon tools on the
2000 server cd. You use one of those resources to do
it. Sorry I can't find a link, but maybe that will lead
you somewhere. Also in my classroom environment, I found
that when dealing with reinstalling it is also easier to
switch from a.com to just "a" for your domain, that way
it is new and there are no conflicts.

Good luck,

Then he needs to take into account the single name space issues that might
arise....

Just something to consider.
