Domain controller not available or down or account not found

Hi guys, thanks in advance. I'm a in a mess here. i tried
to connect to another pc on my domain using remote
desktop connection and after that, the pc that i
connected to seems to not be able to log in to the domain
anymoe. whenever i tried, it'll say either domain
controller not available or down or account not found. It
is impossible for the accout not to be found as the
account i used is the 'administrator'. i also tried to
user some other usernames. is the only choice that is
availabe to me is to reformat or do you xperts here have
a remedy for me? Thank You.
If it is not too much of a hassle, could you email me
your response too?
 
Maybe you could try getting off the domain and into a
workgroup, then add your computer to the domain again?
It happened before that a computer didn't want to log in
anymore and doing that solved the problem.

Well, you haven't quoted the original message, so it's unlikely that anyone
here will know what "this" is. But I'd guess the way to prevent users
disjoining the domain is to not give them admin rights. :-)
